Detoxification means removal of unwanted substances or toxins from the body.
Ways of Regular Detox -
1. Regular exercise - 30 min of walking, yogasana, pranayama. Min exercise for 1-1:30 hrs daily.
2. Early Sunlight bath for 10 min
3. Intermittent fasting atleast twice a week. If you have ur dinner at 7 pm in the night then the next day skip your breakfast and directly have the lunch by 12 pm. Or another way of detoxification is by doing day fasting for 10-12 hrs where you don't drink even water for 10 hrs. Nirjal upawas. You can do this fast on Sunday.
4. Sound sleep for 8 hrs daily - 10 pm - 6 am.
